  Very courteous and professional. Everyone speaks to you. Great communication everyday they have your vehicle. The courtesy vehicle is a great customer benefit. Thank you for having such a great team. I made an appointment 2 weeks before my service date. When I walked in Nicole greeted me even though I hadn't been there in 12 months.

  I was very impressed with Barrett Automotive. They gave me a detailed account of the issues, with documentation, kept great communication with me the entire time my car was in the shop, and fixed the problems. They will be my go-to from here on out. I also like that they have BMW experts, since I have a Mini Cooper.

  Something was wrong with the power to my battery on my car, they were able to find the cause (a loose bolt and poor wire connection) and fix it fairly quickly, cost for that repair was about 150$. I am no expert but that seems reasonable for what they did, they were also very friendly and straightforward about what was wrong and what they fixed.

  Great shop! Jason, Dustin, and the other lady sorry I forgot her name are all good folks. The tech John who did all the work is very knowledgeable and chill. Had zero issues with every visit. I like how you get an link texted to your phone so you can see exactly what's wrong and what needs to be taken care of. This the only place I take my car now. You need something done by the end of the day? On everything they will get it done 100% they got you! no bs at this shop👌🏼🤙🏻 They really help me keep this lil turd on the road

  I came in one morning and I didn't even have an appointment. My blower motor needed repairing. I dropped the car and they delivered it to my job before I got off from work that evening. Also there was good customer service, and I was treated with respect. If there is another problem with my car, I would like to return to Barrett.

They go the extra mile to care for their customers, and really do stand behind their guarantees.   Was having a strange symptom with my truck and Gary was quick to figure it out and advise me what needed to be done. No high pressure to have them do the work since I could easily fix it myself once I knew what to do. Happily paid the diagnostic fee and was on my way.
